Process Equipment is capable of engineering, designing, manufacturing and erecting fans from 100 to 7000 horsepower, fan rotors or complicated structural support systems using the most advanced metallurgy. We evaluate temperature, abrasion, corrosion, stresses and harmonics to come up with the most efficient, economical and productive design for each piece of equipment. We are experienced in working with Hastelloy, Inconel, Ferralium, austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, Corten (A588), high strength carbon steels (A514 / A517), chrome carbide and even rubber linings for fans operating in extremely high corrosion environments. This design saves money by eliminating high material costs.

In-house, high tech, CAD drafting capabilities our engineering services competitively priced. Finite element analysis (FEA) offers an accurate structural evaluation of fan impellers.
