Fan Balancing & Vibration Signature Analysis
Our engineering department has extensive experience with mechanical draft fan testing and assessment including analytical stress analysis, finite element analysis, natural and resonant frequency testing, and non-destructive testing – both in house and on-site. We have the capability to dynamically balance impellers of any size, according to ANSI Standard S2.19 Grade G6.3. We can also balance wheels from 15” to 180”, and 85,000 pounds. Process Barron offers scheduled, in-service vibration inspections as a preventative maintenance option for your facility.

Draft System Flow Testing & Reporting
Process Barron offers complete draft system testing and reporting, in addition to modification of equipment including ductwork, dust collectors, mechanical draft fans and stacks. We use computer modeling in conjunction with field testing to analyze and test all structural components for operational efficiency and proper function. We provide detailed reporting of your system’s performance, along with recommendations for draft system equipment replacement or repair.
