Bottom Ash & Fly Ash Conveyors
ProcessBarron’s typical ash conveyor design incorporates a single strand chain made of high strength drop forged CrMn steel. The fly ash conveyor’s forged links are heat treated to a surface hardness of 59/64 HRC to a depth of 0.7mm. ProcessBarron can also provide custom metallurgies and stainless steel conveyors for use in highly corrosive environments.
Whether it's a fly ash conveyor or bottom ash conveyor, ProcessBarron's ash conveyor designs feature abrasion resistant. Conveyors are designed with tight shut-off, access doors of stainless steel construction. All shafts have engineered, machined adjustable shaft seals at all casing penetrations for air & dust tight operation.
